Eyelid Tumor

50 year, female visited Our OPD with complain of Right eye Upper lid mass slowly increasing in size since 1 year. History of Incision and curettage for same 10 months back elsewhere, but mass recurred. Examination was suggestive of mass having malignant pathology. Patient was planned for Incision Biopsy. Histopathology report was suggestive of Sebaceous Gland Carcinoma. Patient was planned for Wide tumor excision and tissue was sent for frozen section that confirmed that margins are free from Tumor cells. Lid defect was closed by raising Tenzel flap. Post operatively patient had excellent result with good lid contour, margin, movement and excellent cosmesis.
