50 year, female visited Our OPD with complain of Right eye Upper lid mass slowly increasing in size since 1 year. History of Incision and curettage for same 10 months back elsewhere, but mass recurred. Examination was suggestive of mass having malignant pathology. Patient was planned for Incision Biopsy. Histopathology report was suggestive of Sebaceous
