58 year Female, RE mass since 1.5mths, aggressively increasing in size within a month ( as on presentation), On examination : Salmon pink conjunctival mass involving approx. 75% of conjunctival surface, highly vascular, posterior segment normal. Limbus free from lesion. Submandibular and pre auricular lymphadenopathy. Incision biopsy done. HPE was suggestive of Non Hodgkin lymphoma of conjunctiva. Patient was referred to Oncology clinic for Radiation therapy and systemic workup.
