Sebaceous Gland Carcinoma

60 yr female, presented with RE conjunctival  mass, slowly growing in size. On examination: RE firm raised conjunctival mass involving half of surface with feeder vessel, fixity to surface, encroaching 3mm of limbus. Margins were not visible , therefore CT scan requested. CT scan suggestive of Orbital mass involving Inferior rectus, growing beyond equator in posterior orbit. Incision Biopsy was suggestive of Invasive Sebaceous Cell Carcinoma.

Patient referred for systemic work up , Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy followed by Orbital Exenteration.( Patient previously visited 4 ophthalmic clinics , remained undiagnosed)
